Official Byrd Cage Penny Pick Em Bracket Challenge

In Game Posts on March 20, 2013 at 8:57 am

Do you have what it takes to go head to head with a dog’s bracket? Most would think so, but every year there are a few of you who lose to Hugs’ basketball minded canine, Penny.  It’s really simple. We set up each match-up on the ground, have Penny sit and stay, and then she goes to the team she thinks will win.  We want you to join and see if you can beat her!  You’ll also be competing against other Belmont fans.  Here’s how to do it:

This will bring you to the CBSsports Penny Pick Em Group.  You will probably need to register if you don’t already have a username (it only takes a few seconds and you don’t need to put in any serious personal info).

You will also be prompted to enter a password for the site.

Here is the password:  Mort&Hugs

We all know your work productivity is at an all time low this week.  Pick your bracket and once the games start- you’ll get to see who Penny picked and if you can beat her!  Fill it out today- the real games start tomorrow!

Also, if you haven’t heard- The Byrd Cage Official Watch Party will be held at Sportsman’s on 21st tomorrow in the upstairs section.  We’ll be there at 5:30 (if not before).  Game tip-off is at 6:20.  All the TVs will have the game on up there and there will be tons of the best Belmont fans you’ll ever meet.  I also hear Mort and Hugs will be there…

  1. penny sure can pick em . . .

  2. To all those concerned: the milk bone pieces got increasingly miniscule as the night went on. We here at the Byrd Cage do not endorse giving dogs diabetes.
